This beautifully decorated 2100 sq. Ft home has over 2000 sq.ft of deck space for entertaining and over 5000 sq.ft of parking. This house is great for guests who love to entertain family and friends indoors and out. This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath, two large living rooms with w sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Plenty of outdoor seating, fire pit, and covered bar seating with gas grill. It is an easy walk to Patti’s, many other shops and restaurants and Barkley and Ky lake .

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave all used beds unmade with used sheets and blankets left on them. Leave all used bedding from sofa beds on floor by sofa.
On Sunday take trash cans to the end of driveway.
Take all used towels to the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
