Welcome to The Valour Suite, a modern one-bedroom apartment perfectly positioned in the heart of De Waterkant, Cape Town. Located on the first floor of a newly built (2024) secure apartment block ideal for business and leisure.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious layout featuring a king-size bed with premium bedding, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, and a stylish living area ideal for relaxing or working remotely. The apartment also includes fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and all the essentials for a seamless stay.

Guests enjoy dedicated weekly cleaning, ensuring the apartment is always fresh and spotless. The building offers 24-hour security, controlled access, and a front desk for added ease and peace of mind.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

Right of Admission

The property management reserves the right of admission at all times. Guests who fail to comply with house rules, engage in illegal activities, or behave in a manner that threatens the safety, security, or comfort of the apartment or other residents may be asked to leave immediately without refund. Management also reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not registered as a guest.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas if available.

No Parties or Events:
To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Guests & Visitors:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitors.

Security & Building Access:
This is a secure building — kindly ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.

Cleanliness:
Please keep the apartment tidy and treat it with care. Weekly cleaning is provided, but additional services can be arranged on request.

Respect the Neighbours:
Be considerate of others living in the building excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

No Pets (Unless Approved):
Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.

Electricity Usage:
The apartment is loaded with a limited amount of electricity for your stay. Any usage beyond this will be billed to the guest account.

Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.

Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.

SimpliRent reserves the right to deny access or cancel the booking without refund if unauthorised, undeclared, or third-party guests attempt to access the property.
