This penthouse was beautiful! Plenty of room, beautiful kitchen, short walk to the beach and all the nearby activities like mini golf, water park and food. Loved it!

5 minute walk to Boardwalk. Updated and clean property. Host communicated. 711 right next door made it convenient. Lots of places to eat a walk away. Police station is across the street, felt safe.

I would absolutely stay her again! The unit was immaculate clean and brand new. It was centrally located. Linens and towels were provided so we could just unpack and go. It was a great girls weekend and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jim!

We had a terrible start as the code for the door that was provided did not work. That was eventually fixed but then changed again for some reason. Upon entering the property, we noticed that it was very warm. The AC was set to an appropriate temperature but was obviously not cooling the air. When we reached out to the host, he attempted to rectify it remotely. The problem was not with the thermostat but with the AC unit. When I explained this to him, he accused me of shutting off the system. Despite requesting an HVAC technician to inspect the unit that day, we were forced to wait over 24 hours before repairs were made despite the fact that it was August and very warm (it was the AC unit that needed repair). Full disclosure, we were credited the full daily rate for our first day due to this inconvenience.The host was available to address our issues and communicated with us regularly. The main problem we encountered was the lack of urgency on his part to fix the problem in a timely fashion.
