Walk to downtown cafés and restaurants but be just minutes to Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle. This private duplex was fully renovated in 2026 - perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The space
You will have the left side of the duplex. As the rest of the property, the backyard and patio are fenced-in and completely private. You have a garage and a driveway parking spot to conveniently park two cars if needed.

Washer and dryer in the unit. All essentials and more are included. Just bring your groceries and settle in.

Over 1000 sq ft of living space with a generous tree-lined and fenced-in yard. Single story with very easy access from multiple entryways. No stairs.
