1 bedroom with a super-comfortable 1.80 m wide box-spring bed, 1 bathroom with a shower and hot water, and 1 guest bathroom. 1 living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, oven, blender...

One bedroom with a cosy 1.80 m wide box-spring bed, a bathroom with a shower and instant water heater, a living room with a leather sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and an 8-meter-long pool right outside the large panoramic sliding door.
Fenced-in property. Parking in the courtyard. A night watchman for your safety is included in the price. Electricity is billed separately via a Cash Power machine.
On the property, you’ll find this pool house as well as a 3-bedroom villa.
These are two structurally separate, independent, and fully equipped buildings on the same property.
