The home was not completely readied for the our stay , cheap beds ,but manager did try to adjust the problem with pillow mattress toppers . The house need some TLC , lawn was not mowed ,look run down, curb appeal/ flower beds was not kept up or clean/dead plants. They had a pest issue/ small black ants , needed a good dust over and windows cleaned for a 5 star review . The AC stopped working as well, needs a new washer too.This property could be a 5 star its location. The location to Universal Studios Parks was great and the pool was a saving grave

We had a very enjoyable stay. Located in a very quite and friendly neighborhood. The home was very clean and spacious. The yard was a good size with plenty of shade for our furry babies. The host, Ana, was very prompt with our questions and concerns.
