Welcome to Saxon Switzerland. <br>Our beautiful “Wanderfalke” holiday apartment is located in the town of Königstein in our “Sandstein-Ferien” house. Its location makes it an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, and climbers. <br><br>Special feature: <br>We offer two via ferrata sets to the adventurous among our guests. <br>Everything (except the kitchen and bathroom) was completely refurnished in June 2022, including towels, bed linens, etc.<br><br> The town of Königstein is located directly adjacent to the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Our holiday apartment is a 30-minute walk from Königstein Fortress and 300 metres from the town centre, which features numerous restaurants, cafes, and eateries. <br><br>The “Wanderfalke” apartment, measuring 55 square metres, is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests and is located on the 2nd floor of our holiday home.<br>Amenities<br>Bedroom: Bed 180x200 cm, wardrobe, bedding<br>Bathroom: Towels, bathtub, shower, sink, mirror<br>Kitchen: Dishes, silverware, oven, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (pods + filters), microwave<br>Living room: cosy sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), dining table for 4 people, 43-inch Samsung flat-screen TV, radio, fireplace <br>The bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. <br><br>Shared terrace on the ground floor with a Weber charcoal grill and furniture.<br><br>Non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. <br><br>Parking:<br>One parking space per apartment is available to guests next to our house.<br><br>VISITOR’S TAX<br><br>The city of Königstein charges a visitor’s tax of €3 per person per day of stay. For children between the ages of 7 and 17, as well as apprentices and students up to age 26, the reduced visitor’s tax is €2.50 per person per day of stay. Children under 7 years of age are exempt from the guest tax. The day of arrival and the day of departure count as one day each. The total amount is to be paid on-site upon arrival, in addition to the booking fees.<br><br>In return, guests are provided with a guest card offering numerous discounts (e.g., free public transport) for the “Saxon Switzerland” region.<br><br>www.sandstein-ferien.de

Wir verbrachten schöne Tage in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten, liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster und sogar einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes herrschten gerade recht frostige Aussentemperaturen, da waren wir über die wohlig warmen Zimmer sehr erfreut.Die Schlüsselübergabe für Wohnung und Parkplatz hat super geklappt. Vorabanfragen an die Vermieterin wurden immer sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet.

Huis heeft alles wat wij nodig hebben. Ideaal gelegen ten opzichte van de rest van Sächsisches Schweiz en vlakbij grote Edeka. Zeker om terug te komen.

Wie Zuhause

Ich habe noch nie eine so saubere FeWo erlebt. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll,die Küchenutensilien vollständig incl. Handtücher,Spüllappen,eben alles da.Außerdem eine super Anbindung der "Öffies". Der PKW wurde 10Tage nicht bewegt. Wir würden die FeWo jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr herzlich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, gerne wieder

Wir waren 5 Tage in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen, tolle Küche, super Betten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Tolle Lage zum Erkunden der sächsischen Schweiz!

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof und zum Edeka in Königstein. Die anliegende Straße ist eher wenig befahren. Sie glänzte mit einer enormen Sauberkeit, die ich so selten in Ferienwohnungen erlebe. Alles tip top. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann ausgezogen werden, sodass eine schöne Wohnlandschaft entsteht. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, inklusive Herd und Geschirrspüler. Das Bad war sehr groß und hatte sowohl Dusche, als auch Wanne. Insgesamt waren wir hier sehr zufrieden. Mankos: Das Bad hatte auch eine Tür direkt ins Schlafzimmer, dadurch war es sehr laut, wenn einer die Wasserspülung oder den Wasserhahn nutze. Das Treppenhaus des Haus ist nicht sehr einladend und der Bewegungsmelder des Flutlichtes zu kurz geschaltet. Verbesserungsvorschlag außerdem: Ein Rollo im Bad.

Wie gesagt: Alles bestens. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die beeindruckende Landschaft und die Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung bieten ein abwechslungreiches Betätigungsfeld. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Gute Basis für Wanderungen und Ausflüge

Der "Wanderfalke" ist in einem liebevoll renoviertem Altbau in zentraler Lage von Königstein gelegen. S-Bahn, Schiffsanlegestellen und Speiselokale sind einfach zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Perfekte Lagen zum Wander!

Die Wohnung (2OG) ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, leider ist den Außenbereich im Erdgeschoss und nach 4-8 Stunden wandern, war uns nicht mehr nach Treppensteigen, daher haben wir diesen nicht genutzt. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist noch, dass das Wohnzimmer nach vorn zu Straße liegt, bei 4er-Besetzung im Wohnzimmer mit offen fester schlafen ist aus Quasi unmöglich. Im Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus ist das kein Problem! Das Gute an der Lage der Wohnung (mitten in Königsstein) ist jedoch, dass die Wohnung für Wanderurlauber eine perfekte Lage hat! In jede Richtung gibt es direkt vor der Haustür super Wanderwege und mit der S-Bahn in der Kurtaxe inkl. ist man schnell an anderen Wanderspots! (In 2er-Belegung würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit sehr gern wieder buchen!)

Urlaub in Königstein

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, denn die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig. Unser Auto haben wir selten bewegt, denn unsere Ziele waren leicht mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Da die Wohnung zentral liegt, war der Fußweg dahin kurz. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, den wir noch lange in Erinnerung behalten werden.

Sehr schön aber etwas kalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Danke für die tolle Unterkunft. Leider konnten wir kein Feuerholz im Edeka bekommen und haben daher die ersten Tage/Nächte in der Unterkunft ganz schön ordentlich gefroren. Es war trotzdem sehr schön VG Alex und Eva

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderbar. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und absolut nicht aufdringlich. Wie beschrieben in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Wohnung lädt zum verweilen ein. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir freuen uns wenn wir wieder kommen dürfen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mitten im Wandergebiet

Eine super schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich mitten im Wandergebiet. Wir haben 6 Tage unser Auto nicht genutzt. Die öffentlichen Anbindungen sind super und in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Familie Krause als Gastgeber sehr nett und aufmerksam! Rundum nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub in Königstein verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Übergabe und Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und man benötigt kein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden. Dank Kurkarte (welche man vom Vermieter erhält) kann man viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel umsonst fahren und bekommt etliche Attraktionen vergünstigt. Dank Bahn und Fähre stehen einem alle Wege offen. Danke liebe Familie Krause!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Die Anreise war sehr unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, man hat alle notwendigen Informationen erhalten. In der Wohnung liegt ebenfalls noch ein Heft mit vielen weiteren Informationen, u. a. zu der Umgebung. Sehr saubere Wohnung, in der man sich direkt heimisch gefühlt hat.

Sauber, nett, unkompliziert

Eine Wohnung mit fast allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber, ein- und auschecken unkompliziert, Gastgeber sehr nett. Nett eingerichtet und das Bett nicht zu weich. Schön wäre nur, wenn die Küche eine Tür hätte, damit man beim Kochen die Gerüche darin halten kann.
