• Please remove all toys and floats from the pool area before check-out. • Double-check outlets and USB ports to make sure no chargers or personal electronics are left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors require prior approval ,overnight visitors are not permitted. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed.
Strict No-smoking policy, vaping, or drugs inside the home or pool area. Evidence of violations may result in extra fees and cancellation of the stay.
Please treat the home and its items with care. Excessive mess, misuse, or damages beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.
