About this property
Venice Beach Classic 2 bedroom, 1 bath for 3 guests max
Classic charming beach house first block of the beach and boardwalk. Two minutes walk to boardwalk or ocean, 10 minutes walk to Abbot Kenney, or Main street shops. This two bedrooms has one full bathroom. One bedroom a Queen the other a full. A sunny office/ yoga/ tv room upstairs, kitchen and living room downstairs. The light and airflow are spectacular. The home is beautifully touches though out and is well kept since 1965 by the owners and was built 1905. There are stunning stain glass windows in kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need.
This is a duplex and we seek mature guests w no mobility issues ( stairs)
that will not disturb others. It is not for gatherings or additional guests.
PLease note: this is not a late night spot. It is not a party spot at all. Its a duplex with other people in other part of the divided home.
Never smoking or burning of candles or incense . No pets ever. Very clean. No gatherings or additional guests please. Please No children under 10
