This farmhouse provides 2 bedrooms, kitchen, den and 2&1/2 baths. It was completely renovated with old things made new again. The Ward farmhouse is located on 80 acres in the City Limits of West Point. It is within 1/2 mile of Mossy Oak and Old Waverly Golf Courses and just 25 miles to Mississippi State University.
The house is unoccupied and designed specifically to preserve the Ward heritage and to Welcome VRBO guest. YOU WILL LOVE THE PEACEFUL SETTING AND STEP BACK IN TIME ALONG WITH ALL THE MODERN CONVENIENCES.
Just to let you know, Wards @ Waverly (2) includes only the downstairs, if you choose this option - there will be NO ONE upstairs. If you would like the upstairs option included, you need to go to Wards @ Waverly listing.
