The bed footboard was disconnected from the frame, but it didn't affect anything. The seal under the front door was also off, but I am confident that the owner just didn't know. This is a nice place, and communication was always great. I really do recommend this property highly. It's great for the price. It's really just great in general. Highly recommended.
