Nur kaltes Wasser, ohne Vorinformation. Düsteres Wohnzimmer. Handtuchhalter abgebrochen. Keine Seife. W-Lan erst auf tel. Nachfrage. Schlüsselkastenöffnung erst nach Telefonat möglich. Bei der Gelegenheit: Ich mag die Duzerei in den Fragen nicht. ("Mit wem bist du verreist?")
