Beautiful rural and ecological house, located in the middle of the Majorcan countryside, very quiet and totally isolated. Surrounded by a totally natural landscape, where you can find a multitude of fruit trees, olive trees, almond trees, carob trees... An oasis of tranquility very close to several points of interest.
1 minute from the main road, located in a strategic area: 3 minutes from the nearest town and 5 minutes from the beaches of the Natural Park of Mondragó, the traditional fishing port of Porto Petro and the picturesque village of Cala d'Or.
It is located 6 km from Vall d'Or Golf, 20 km from the Caves of Drach, 20 km from the lighthouse of Ses Salines and 50 km from the airport.
It is a newly built house, built following the traditional parameters and materials, being ecological and respectful with the environment. It works with solar energy. The swimming pool is natural (without salt or chlorine), with a waterfall that helps to purify the water. Bathing in it is a pleasure, besides being very pleasant for the skin.
