Cosy 3-room holiday rental of approx. 55 m² for 4 people.<br><br>Located in a quiet residential area, this beautiful holiday rental spans two levels on the upper floor of an apartment building. <br><br>Living/kitchen/dining area: The living area features a cosy sofa nook that invites you to relax. Enjoy the outstanding view of the Wadden Sea and the Braderup Heath. The bright, country-style kitchenette is fully equipped and opens directly onto the dining area for 4 people. From here, you have an excellent view of the Kampen Lighthouse. The apartment includes a furnished sun deck with a beach chair and patio furniture. It’s located to the left of the front entrance (under the kitchen window). <br><br>A small hallway with built-in closets leads to the other rooms:<br><br>Bedroom 1: Two cosy single bunk beds (each 90 x 190 cm) with built-in cabinetry and a window. <br><br>Bathroom: Bright shower room with a window and heated floors. <br><br>A steep wooden staircase leads to the attic:<br><br>Bedroom 2: Double bed, built-in closets, small desk, and TV. <br><br>Special features: During the summer months (approx. mid-May to mid-September), a heated pool is available for general use on the property. <br><br>Location: This holiday rental is located in a quiet area of Braderup. The Wadden Sea and shopping in Wenningstedt are within easy reach. <br><br>Pets: Not allowed<br><br>Non-smoking apartment.<br><br>Parking: Yes.

Wir hatten 10 wunderbare Tage auf Sylt. Ich reiste mit meiner Tochter und die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Die Lage ist wirklich idyllisch und ruhig. Für 4 Personen würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Es hat nur 3 Stühle, das Sofa reicht knapp für 2. Aber man kann vom Appartement das Meer sehen und den Kampener Leuchtturm. Für mich ist das Luxus. Die Küche ist sehr klein, der Kühlschrank winzig und die Ausstattung sehr überschaubar. Wir sind eigentlich immer essen gegangen. Daher ok für uns. Es hat einen Strandkorb - perfekt für ein Frühstück für 2. Die Treppe in das Schafzimmer oben ist extrem steil, das sieht man auf den Fotos nicht so gut. Für ältere Menschen eher nicht geeignet. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Es ist eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit interessanten Bildern an den Wänden. Die steile Treppe ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider hat der Kühlschrank kein Gefrierfach und für mehrere Kochtöpfe fehlten die Deckel.. .

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage in Braderup war für unsere Zwecke wunderbar geeignet. Wir haben die Wohnung gemietet als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Hier der Hinweis: die Wohnung ist nicht für kleine Kinder ausgerichtet. Das ist auch so völlig in Ordnung und wir haben es nicht erwartet, nur für uns war sie daher nicht ideal. Besonders die extrem steile Holztreppe ist eine Herausforderung und man hat das Gefühl, dass man die Kleinen nicht aus dem Auge lassen kann. Die Ausstattung der Küche war recht überschaubar, wir mussten beispielsweise eine Geschirrbürste kaufen.

Lage Idyllisch, wie der Name schon sagt. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Braderuper Heide an der Wattseite und kann dort wandern und trifft auf nur ganz wenige Menschen. Bushaltestelle ist auch nah an der Anlage.
