Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home with new appliances, high-speed internet, and plush memory foam mattresses designed for a restful night’s sleep. The perfect balance of seclusion & convenience!

The space:
Perfect for large groups, family vacations, reunions, and outdoor getaways. This spacious Northern Michigan cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable living areas with plenty of space to relax after a day of adventure. Enjoy the expansive covered porches, gather around the large campfire area under the stars, and create unforgettable memories together.

Conveniently located near Big Bass Lake, ORV trails, snowmobile trails, gas station less than 2 miles away, fishing, and hunting, this cabin is the ideal home base for every season. With ample parking for boats, trailers, ATVs/UTVs, snowmobiles, RVs, and multiple vehicles, there's plenty of room for all your outdoor gear and toys.

Other things to note:
The public boat launch for Big Bass Lake is approximately 1.5 miles from the cabin. From either cabin driveway, turn left and continue 0.4 miles to Six Mile Road. Turn right onto Six Mile Road and drive about 1.4 miles. The boat launch will be on your right. There is parking there for 10 vehicles/trailers, and you are able to launch motorized boats, kayaks, etc.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of white towels in the washing machine, gather remainder of all used towels, and leave in a pile in downstairs bathroom.
Leave used beds unmade and unused beds in their original condition. Leave used throw blankets on the couches.
Please take full trash bags to the bin by the barn and replace the rock on top. Indoor trash containers that are not full may be left as is.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours Monday - Thursday are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Friday/Saturday - 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Please no parking or driving (any type of motorized vehicle) in the yard next to the cabin as the septic system is there.
