Geräumiges Haus mit guter Aufteilung

Das Mittelreihenhaus wurde uns sehr sauber (bis auf einen verdreckten Backofen) übergeben. Es hat eine tolle Lage. Die Räume selbst sind gut aufgeteilt, es gibt viel Stauraum. Jedoch ist an der einen oder anderen Stelle merklich, dass es die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Doppelbett ist schon recht durchgelegen. Geräumige Duschen, sehr schöner und gut aufgeteilter, sowie offener Wohn- Ess und Küchenbereich. Praktisch auch der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Seitens der Vermietgesellschaft wurde ein kleines Tütchen mit Putzutensilien, sowie ein paar Hygieneartikel bereitgestellt. Abzuholen/Abzugeben sind die Hausschlüssel eine knappe halbe Stunde zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Mietbeginn ist nicht wie hier angeben um 14, sondern erst um 15 Uhr, die Schlüsselabgabe hat vor 10 Uhr zu erfolgen. Ansonsten lief die Kommunikation glatt, kleine Mängel wurden umgehend behoben. Das Haus wirkte auf uns größer als auf den Bildern.
