Gute Wahl

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen: freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage angenehm ruhig. Die Parksituation bei Vollauslastung und in Anbetracht der größer werdenden Fahrzeuge etwas beengt aber machbar.

Schön fanden wir, daß auf unser Bitten die Heizung bei unserer Ankunft bereits eingeschaltet war ! Die Kleingeräte in der Küche waren schon alt und hatten ziemliche Gebrauchsspuren. Wir haben uns erst einmal eine neue Kafeemaschine gekauft.

Der erste Eindruck der Unterkunft war nicht positiv. Die Farbe an der Eingangstür blätterte bereits ab, vermutlich schon seit längerer Zeit. Dieser Eindruck setzte sich in der Wohung fort. Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht kippen, ohne dass die Gefahr bestand, herauszufallen. Der Terrassentisch war beschädigt. Im Bad waren einige Fliesen gerissen. Die Küche (sehr klein) habe ich gar nicht benutzt, daher keine Beurteilung. Die Wohnung roch, bevor ausreichend gelüftet wurde, muffig. Insgesamt machte die Wohnung auf mich den Eindruck, dass sich niemand wirklich um dieses Objekt kümmert. Da ich nur eine Woche gebucht hatte und mich eigentlich nur zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten hatte, war es erträglich.

Die Wohnung befand sich bei Übernahme in einem ordentlichen aber verbesserungswürdigen Sauberkeitszustand. Die Warmhaltekanne in der sehr kleinen Küche wehrte sich, aufgrund des Fettstaubes auf dem Küchenschrank, benutzt zu werden. Teilweise sind die Utensilien in der Küche so groß, dass sie nicht mal in einen Schrank passen(Bratpfanne im Oberschrank über dem Herd)sodass die Türen ständig offen standen!. Die Terrassenmöbel bedürfen dringend einer Überholung bzw. besonders der Tisch eine Erneuerung. Schön wäre es auch gewesen wenn man in einer "Hausordnung" beschrieben hätte wie einzelne Komponenten ( z.B. Heizung ) funktionieren bzw. bedient werden müssen ( ohne eine handelsübliche Bedienungsanleitung zu studieren!). Auch den WLAN- Schlüssel könnte man hier benennen und ein Auffinden somit nicht dem Zufall zu überlassen.
