Ok, doch zu dick aufgetragen

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in dieser Wohnung verbracht, empfinden einige Eigenschaften aus der Beschreibung allerdings für deutlich zu positiv dargestellt: Dass die Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestattet ist, macht sie noch nicht hochwertig. Der Wasserhahn ist schlapprig und nicht ausreichend befestigt, der Tretmülleimer defekt und es fehlt doch an vielen Kleinteilen wie vernünftigen Frühstücksbrettern, Eierlöffeln, Messern etc. Die Kleinteilausstattung besteht aus einem bunten, unvollständigen Durcheinander, was wohl irgendwo mal übrig war... Auch haben wir eine minimale Ausstattung mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Öl, wenigen Kräutern etc. vermisst. Der Ofen/Herd hingegen ist tatsächlich das einzig hochwertige Element in der Küche. Ein Geschirrtuchhalter z.B. an der Heizung sowie einem Wäscheständer wäre ebenso schön. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit den genannten Möbelstücken ausgestattet, allerdings sind die Matratzen durchgelegen, der alte Kiefer-Kleiderschrank klapprig und bietet wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Eine zusätzliche Ablagemöglichkeit für das das Tägliche fehlt ebenso. Das Bad ist modern und die Dusche pflegeleicht, auch wenn die Armatur bei gewisser Temperatureinstellung unangenehm pfeift. Der beschriebene Fahrradunterstand ist verschlossen, eine gesicherte Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder fehlt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung dennoch schön. Sie ist hell, hat eine schöne Trasse mit stabilem Tisch, Stühlen und einem wertigen Strandkorb. Sie lässt sich in kühler Jahreszeit gut temperieren, liegt ruhig und dennoch fußläufig zentral. Zu guter Letzt ein kleiner Hinweis an den Vermieter: Eine vorgeschaltete Seite beim WLAN ergibt nur Sinn, wenn sie einen regelnden Inhalt hat (was hier ja nicht der Fall ist). Ohne diesen führt es einfach zur unnützen Situation, dass der Nutzer sich jeden Tag neu anmelden muss. Also besser die Seite einfach raus nehmen.
