Die Wohnung war bei Übergabe nicht gereinigt, Betten nicht überzogen, Handtücher fehlten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Eigentümerin zuvor dort war und die Wohnung vorbereiten wollte. Zur Wohnung: Tapete löst sich im Bad ab, Sofa hat einen Riss, Nachttischlampe ohne Lampenschirm. Insgesamt sehr lieblos, muffig und verwohntes Inventar. Für den Mietpreis definitiv nicht hochwertig genug. Die Lage ist super.

Die Wohnung roch leicht muffig. Das Sofa war an der Naht in der Mitte aufgeplatzt. Der Backofen auf Grund (Reiniger o.ä.)Geruchs nicht nutzbar, zusätzlich war dieser in sich lose/locker. Der Abzug im Badezimmer im UG funktionierte nicht.
