Da die Schlüsselübergabe auch kontaktlos und zeitlich unabhängig möglich ist, wäre es ein Gewinn, das von Anfang an auch so zu kommunizieren. Das sehr kurze Check-in-Zeitfenster führt zu Stress bei der Anreise, vor allem, wenn man von weiter her anreist. Uns fehlten außerdem Informationen zu den - vorhandenen - Parkplätzen an der Unterkunft. Wir mussten erst in die Unterkunft, um dort dann über den Parkplatz informiert zu werden. Zu dem Zeitpunkt hatten wir bereits eine längere Parkplatzsuche hinter uns. Informationen zum Check-Out-Prozess haben wir ebenfalls vermisst.
