The convenience of in-unit laundry makes longer stays easy and stress-free. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is perfect for guests or groups with two bunk bed sets (four twin beds total).

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do not leave dishes in sink or dishwasher. Empty all trash and place in trash chutes located at the end of each outdoor hallway. ($50 fee for any dishes not put away and trash not removed).
Please remove all linens from beds along with towels used and place them in the bag they came in and put bag by front entryway for easy pickup.
Return all parking passes and amenity fobs to the counter or where you found them. ($100 fee for missing or lost fobs and passes).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
