New this summer!I designed this direct oceanfront to have everything I dreamed of in a beach retreat. You will love being able to paddle out on the kayak or paddleboards to see the dolphins. (Note that there is a $1000 refundable security deposit to have access to the chairs, tents, boogie boards, tents, umbrella, basketball, pickleball equipment surfboard, paddle-boards, beach bikes and kayak as well as a signed liability release.) Just steps to the elevator or take the one floor of stairs to ground level and you’re on the beach. The resort has a large outdoor pool with bar and snack bar, covered heated pool, 2 restaurants, ice cream and coffee shop, basketball, pickleball, gym with sauna, and arcade. Why they chose this property
I looked around at many different areas on the North and South Carolina coasts. North Topsail was head and shoulders above everywhere else. When you go over the bridge from Sneads Ferry onto Topsail island, all you see is ocean and a thin line of houses. It is so uncrowded and beautiful. Its really too nice to describe so you'll just have to come and see for yourself!
What makes this property unique
Our unit has the best view of all the condos at the St. Regis resort and has a larger floorplan than most. I've put in everything to make your stay perfect.
