Comfy beds and linens. Nice decor. Everything you need in a tiny house. Neighborhood was a bit rough and construction was very loud during the day. Overall a good deal for the price. Not a bad location in proximity to Charleston's peninsula.
DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY: 0-Stars; Very Bad Location; Problems with Rental and Host; But VRBO Support was Good. We arrived to see the rental was not in a nice neighborhood, even though it was presented as 'up and coming'. My wife was very uneasy and reluctant to be there, but we had nowhere else to go. Late 1st evening, a drunken man started pounding on the door of the rental, wanting in. I refused to open the door. I called the property manager. We almost called 911. The property manager assured it was 'ok' and she'd handled it. The man remained outside the unit, then in his car for several hours. My wife and daughter were severely traumatized and couldn’t sleep that night. The property manager assured us we would talk in the morning and she’d do whatever to resolve this for us. Early the next morning, we’d booked another much safer VRBO rental some distance away. I talked to the property manager, who said it was no problem to end the stay through VRBO which I did. Unfortunately, later, the Owner/Host did not honor what the property manager had promised.
