Hard to find, renovated, Seaview stunner. Steps from the the beach and bay with large heated pool. New outdoor shower. The sunny open floor plan creates a prefect space for in door/outdoor experience. New Kitchen featuring a oversized marble island perfect for countertop eating-3 beautiful bathrooms - 4 perfectly appointed bedroom's each with individual AC controls. Pool house Br with bathroom is perfect for guests or anyone who craves privacy.

The Main room is and open floor plan. With access to the open kitchen to the living room and dinning area.
Other things to note
Bikes available for use with the property. You are welcome to use the bikes but need to responsible for them and make sure they are locked up when in use (even for a quick stop) Only crime on fire island is bike theft...go figure ;).
If guests use the bikes they are responsible for your own safety and we recommend wearing and bringing helmets.
