annonce non conforme à la réalité
les points négatifs par rapport à l'annonce :
surface réelle appartement 30m² au lieu de 50 m²
un petit balcon de 6m²
pas de clim
pas de chauffage(en mars il a fait des jours à 13° dehors
la tv du séjourne fonctionne pas, la télécommande est hors service
la tv de la chambre n'est pas raccordée
la douche est très réduite environ 60 cm
pas possible utiliser l'ascenseur depuis le parking au sous sol, il faut monter un escalier jusqu'au rez de chaussée
beaucoup de bruit et de musique jour et nuit avec les bars environnants même avec les fenêtres fermées
le centre ville de Torremolinos est à 30 minutes à pied
le loueur a fait la remise des clés très rapidement da
ns la rue et est parti, pas de visite de l'appartement, pas d'explication, pas d'informations locales
surface très restreinte pour 4 personnes ?

En cas de doute, nous vous recommandons toujours de contacter votre propriétaire, qui pourra vous aider si nécessaire. La télévision fonctionne, mais ne propose que les chaînes locales mentionnées dans les services. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous avez été dérangé par le bruit de la rue, malheureusement, cela est parfois inévitable et est dû à l'emplacement très central de l'hébergement. Si vous décidez de nous rendre visite à nouveau à l'avenir, nous serons heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau. Votre équipe Holidu.
