The Salty Mermaid, a beautifully designed, newly built 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat nestled along the shores of St. Joseph Bay.

This town-home comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms host king beds and share a spacious bathroom with a double vanity and tile shower.

From the moment you walk in you’ll be right at home. The open floor plan makes it the perfect place for entertaining and making memories. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your culinary needs. Charcoal grill is available to grill your fresh catch of the day or fresh cut steaks from the Piggly Wiggly.

Enjoy the community pool just steps away, complete with comfortable lounge seating and beautiful bay views.

The Salty Mermaid is just steps away from the historic lighthouse located in George Core Park and the Point South Marina. Downtown Port St. Joe is just a short walk. There, you’ll find local dining, boutique shopping, and that unmistakable small-town warmth.

When you’re ready to explore, some of the area’s most beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Spend the day at St. Joe Beach, Cape San Blas, or Indian Pass, where you’ll find sugar-white sand, emerald green Gulf waters, and a slower pace that makes every moment feel like a getaway.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
