The perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, with a huge backyard for the pups to play! Spacious home, stocked with the necessary supplies to wash clothes and cook meals.

I made a list as we stayed for 2 weeks of the good and bad: Good: Great communication with host. Water heater broke and it was immediately fixed the next day. Office area was good for storage. Beds were comfortable. Yard is large. Bad: Internet is spotty, loud cars and motorcycles can be heard loudly in every room of the house all day everyday, zero water pressure, kitchen was severely lacking in basics to cook daily (knives, potato peeler, etc.). Bugs, frogs, and cockroaches throughout stay (pictures and videos), overpriced for the size and location (we payed half the price for a water front property less than a mile away), drawer in twin room closet doesn't close, stove is janky and took 25 minutes to boil water (video of it shaking the pots and pans), Yard is riddled with fire ants (unusable). Overall- it would be fine for a VERY short stay, but I would still feel I over paid

We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the front door! The property was exactly as described and very well maintained.The home is tucked away in a small, quiet Lynn Haven neighborhood while still being conveniently close to downtown. Publix, Walmart, and other essentials are just down the road, making it easy to grab anything you need during your stay.The large driveway easily accommodated multiple vehicles, and the spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and dining area were especially large and well-equipped. We used the microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and outdoor grill during our stay, and everything worked perfectly.The backyard was one of our favorite features—beautifully maintained with lush grass and a large concrete patio that was perfect for relaxing outdoors. As pet owners, we also appreciated that the home is pet-friendly. We made sure to clean up all of our dogs droppings during our stay. There was also a spacious, air-conditioned workspace that would be ideal for anyone working remotely.The beds were very comfortable, the linens were clean, and there were plenty of towels provided. Having two tub/shower combinations was also very convenient.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. If anything comes up during your visit, don’t hesitate to reach out—they are happy to help. We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, clean house, very cozy!The king bed was so comfy. The children loved it the kitchen was amazing and roomy. Definitely will be back to stay!
