A modern, family-friendly apartment on the second floor of our apartment building awaits its guests.<br>The layout is exemplary, the design is skilfully planned, and everything is very close to Schillig Beach.<br><br>Two bedrooms and the spacious living area with an open kitchen warmly welcome you.<br><br>Featuring a cosy sofa nook, the living area stands out with its integrated kitchenette and spacious dining area complete with a table and four chairs.<br>With its timelessly beautiful design, the high-quality built-in kitchen offers everything you need. <br>Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.<br>Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.<br><br>Each bedroom features a double bed with nightstands and a wardrobe. One bedroom is equipped with an additional TV.<br>The furnishings are modern and high-quality.<br><br>Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cosy warmth on cooler days.<br><br>On stormy and/or rainy days, the bathroom—with its own sauna and full amenities—can quickly become a wellness retreat.<br>A sauna, a rain shower, and a bathtub provide the comfort you need to relax. You can purchase sauna scents for your personal sauna moments at our front desk.<br><br>A spacious, furnished, and covered balcony facing south towards the waterway invites you to linger.<br><br>A free parking space is available to you during your stay.<br><br>Upon request, a travel cot for toddlers with a mattress and fitted sheet and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at our front desk (located directly on the premises).<br>Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).<br><br>For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.<br>Bachelor and hen nights, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.<br><br>Internet:<br>We provide you with an internet connection via unlimited routers.<br>Due to the increased number of guests throughout the coverage area, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
