The holiday rental is located in the spa district of Norderney, about 300 m from the north beach, in an apartment building. It is tastefully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, range hood, wall cabinets, and all necessary household items.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks a landscaped garden. Breakfast and afternoon tea can be enjoyed on the
spacious balcony of the holiday rental. In total, the holiday rental accommodates 3 people (4th person upon request) in a living area of 35 square metres. Open Wi-Fi access is provided.

The separate bedroom features a double bed that sleeps 2 (with a mosquito net). The loft (gallery) offers 2 additional sleeping spaces (1.20 m x 2.00 m) and is accessible via a ladder. Pets allowed.

Norderney

Die Ferienwohnung ist für vier Erwachsene definitiv zu klein. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung voller Sand und Tierhaare, kein Stern für Sauberkeit war nicht möglich auszuwählen! Die Matratzen in der Dachniesche waren aufgebraucht ( man spürt die Federn unter sich). Der schön große Balkon ist mit fünf Liegen besetzt und somit nicht voll nutzbar. Die Agentur tat sehr bemüht, konnte unsere Bemängelung mit den Matratzen nicht abstellen. Das Ausziehsofa war so durchgesessen, das es keine alternatIve darstellte. Die Lage ist gut.
