Eine solide neu Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, auch für eine vierköpfige Famile. Für 2 Paare ist es vielleicht doch ein wenig eng. Das liegt daran, dass Wohnzimmer, Esstisch und Küche doch für 4 Personen doch etwas eng sind und das im 2. Schlafzimmer kein Kleiderschrank ist. Das Schlafzimmer unter ist sehr großzügig wie auch das angrenzende Schlafzimmer. Die Terasse ist insgesamt sehr einsichtig, das muss man mögen. Dafür ist der dazugehörige PKW-Stellplatz dirket vor der Terrasse, was dem Be- und Entladen entgegenkommt. Promenade, Restaurants und Einkaufen sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt eine moderne Wohnung.

Schöne Wohnung leider nahe einer Baustelle

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände haben funktioniert. Die Wohnung bot einen guten Wohlfühlfaktor. Was leider etwas negativ war und in der Beschreibung verschwiegen wurde, war die Baustelle 2 Häuser weiter. Morgens wenn wir noch ausschlafen wollten fuhren Baustellen-LKWs dort lang. Diese verursachten, beim entladen, tieffrequente Pumpgeräusche, kam recht häufig vor. Was uns noch aufgefallen ist, welches vielleicht dem Besitzer gemeldet werden sollte: Viele Sockelleisten haben sich von der Wand gelöst und hängen schief. Einige Silikonfugen sind gerissen. Ich vermute dass sich das Haus gesetzt hat. Zu dem lassen sich alle Zimmertüren schwer schließen. Die Schiebetür am Ende der Treppe schleift auf dem Boden. Einige Fliesen im Kellergeschoß sind locker. Den Tisch auf der Terrasse konnten wir leider nich benutzen, da dieser am Fallrohr abgeschlossen wurde und kein Schlüssel aufzufinden war. Somit konnten wir uns nicht zu viert an den Tisch setzen. Durch die Unterlagen im Bett neigte man beim schlafen sehr stark zum schwitzen was sehr unangenehm ist. Vielleicht gibt es eine Atmungsaktivere Lösung.

Hervorragende Wohnung sehr stilvoll eingerichtet sehr sauber und modern besser geht nicht gerne wieder absolut empfehlenswert
