Uns wurde wenige Tage vorher storniert wegen Doppelbuchung

Das war wirklich nicht schön und hat uns sehr in Stress gebracht. Statt der 2-Schlafzimmer Wohnung wurde uns zuerst eine mit einem Schlafzimmer angeboten, dann 2 einzelne Wohnungen mit je einem Schlafzimmer. Aber das ist ja nun wirklich nicht das gleiche und hat bei unserer geplanten Reise auch absolut nicht gepasst.Statt Empathie für meine verzweifelte Lage zu zeigen hat die Dame von ihrem Verlust geredet wenn sie uns zwei Wohnungen gibt. Grund für die Doppelbuchung war angeblich ein Fehler von Fewo. Aber auch wenn das so ist - als Vermieter sollte man die Terminkalender der unterschiedlichen Anbieter schon abgleichen können. Ich muss leider Sterne für Dinge vergeben die ich nicht beurteilen kann da wir ja nicht dort waren. Das Programm verlangt das. Wir können also nicht sagen ob die Wohnung so schön ist, waren aber von der Art und der Tatsache der Absage gleichermaßen enttäuscht.

Falsche Angaben im Inserat

Ich habe für 8 übernachtende gebucht, es gab nur zwei große Betten. Der Rest sollte auf dem Boden schlafen. Frühstück laut Inserat inbegriffen, auch nicht vorhanden. Weder Fewo noch der Vermieter habe sich koorperstiv gezeigt. Der Vermieter hat mit zwei Tage vorher gesagt es gebe kein Frühstück, da war aber schon längst alles bezahlt. Nicht zufriedenstellend.
