Modern, well-maintained vacation apartment with a private sauna and a large balcony, located near the beach

Two bedrooms and the spacious living area with an open kitchen extend a warm welcome to you



Equipped with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, and two armchairs, the living area features an integrated kitchenette and a spacious dining table with four chairs.

Featuring a timelessly beautiful design, the high-quality built-in kitchen offers everything you need: dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.

Senseo and Nespresso coffee makers are available.

Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

A TV with satellite reception is included in the apartment.

Each bedroom features a double bed with nightstands and a wardrobe.

The furnishings are modern and high-quality.

On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom becomes a wellness retreat.

A sauna, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub provide the comfort you need to relax.

A spacious, furnished balcony invites you to linger. In addition to outdoor seating, a beach chair is also available here.

The bedroom windows and the patio window are equipped with fly screens.

Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.

So you can travel light, we provide bed linens and towels (no beach towels) for you!

Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of Building No. 48.

A free parking space is available for the duration of your stay.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Bachelor and hen nights, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted at this property.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.

The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.

Sehr unkompliziert Die Anlage ist wirklich modern und der Stil hat uns gefallen. Besonders für unsere kleine Tochter war es wirklich toll so viele Spielmöglichkeiten zu haben.

Top, aber es müsste mehr Staub gewischt werden, besonders auf den Schränken und den Deko-Gegenständen. Leider war der Wäscheständer sehr verrostet und der Strandkorb auf dem Balkon ist eingebrochen und meine Frau hat sich im Ausschnitt mit heißem Kaffee leicht verbrannt. Sehr freundlich. Klasse Ausstattung der Wohnung, gehobener Standard mit Sauna und Strandkorb (wenn neu) super. Tolle Aufteilung der Wohnung, gute Betten und Matratzen. Siehe Punkte unter Ausstattung. Ansonsten war es die schönste Woche Urlaub überhaupt :)

Bis ins Detail superschön und auch praktisch eingericht...wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Besonders an die Kleinkinder wurde gedacht. Unser Enkel war begeistert von den Spielsachen, besonders der Kinderküche. Wir haben uns u.a. über den Bollerwagen gefreut. Sehr nett. Gut organisiert, immer aktuell per Mail. Zusätzlicher Handtuchwechsel war problemlos möglich.

Die Ausstattung war sehr schön, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt – alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Couch hat uns leider nicht so gut gefallen. Außerdem waren die Betten sehr hart, und durch den Matratzenschutz entstand ein sehr lautes Rascheln beim Umdrehen, was den Schlaf etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Da wir über die Feiertage da waren, war der Kontakt zur Rezeption etwas eingeschränkt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – vielen Dank dafür! Der Kontakt über WhatsApp zur Rezeption hat super funktioniert. Ich war sehr begeistert, dass die Kommunikation über WhatsApp möglich war – und vor allem, wie schnell die Antworten kamen. Das war wirklich klasse! Insgesamt waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war schön gestaltet, und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Eine andere Lösung für die Betten wäre schön – besonders das laute Rascheln durch den Matratzenschutz war störend. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart, aber das ist natürlich eine persönliche Vorliebe. Eine kleinere Pfanne zum Beispiel für Rührei am Morgen hätten wir praktisch gefunden – es war schade, dafür immer die große Pfanne nutzen zu müssen.
