Alle Ansprechpartnerinnen waren immer äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besser geht es nicht! Online Buchung, daher kein persönlicher Kontakt. E-Mails aber alle informativ und freundlich. Die Rezeption ist wirklich mit außerordentlich freundlichen Damen besetzt, die sich sofort und unproblematisch um Unterstützung bemühen, wenn dies notwendig sein sollte. Ganz dickes Lob! Das Haus selbst hatte eine super Lage mit toller Aussicht, war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen, so dass wir trotz einiger Mängel, dieses Haus wieder buchen werden.
