"Quirin" Apartment<br>Welcome to our lovingly and modernly furnished "Quirin" apartment in the heart of city centre Neuss.<br><br>The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained and quiet three-family house in the historic centre of Neuss. The apartment has been lovingly furnished in a modern style, incorporating some historic pieces of furniture. When furnishing the apartment, we made sure that the building’s original character harmonises with the modern furniture.<br><br>About the rooms:<br>There are three sleeping spots available. The bedroom features a large double bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa.<br>There is also a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, a hallway, and a balcony.<br><br>Amenities:<br>Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, fully equipped built-in kitchen with dishwasher, 2 smart TVs, separate dining room, stylish furnishings, balcony, bathroom with tub, external roller shutters for blackout on all windows.<br><br>Location:<br>The apartment is located in the historic city centre area of Neuss. The Romans settled here as far back as 2,000 years ago. Today, it is very centrally located. Nearby, the Neuss Rose Garden invites you to relax. In addition, the area surrounding the apartment is characterised by the highest concentration of historic landmarks in the entire city, including the Obertor, Jesuit Tower, Windmill Tower, and Blutturm. The pedestrian zone, featuring the market, St. Quirinus Cathedral, the Zeughaus, and more, is just a 3-minute walk away. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés—including those serving breakfast—are located right in the area or can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. From simple cafés to the city’s finest gourmet restaurants, there’s something for everyone.<br>If you’d like to visit neighbouring cities, you can easily reach Düsseldorf from here by tram and Cologne by train, or by car in about 10 or 30 minutes, respectively.<br><br>Directions:<br>You can reach the apartment in Neuss via the A57 and A46 highways. There is a public car park in the area.<br>Or by train to Neuss Central Station or Düsseldorf Central Station, then take tram 709 to the Landestheater stop.<br>Or by plane via DUS or CGN<br><br>Parking:<br>You can book a parking space for your car in a nearby underground car park. The parking fee is €8 per night. Please contact us in advance so we can reserve the parking space for you.<br><br>Other Information:<br>The apartment is suitable for both holiday and business trips. <br>The “Quirin” apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
