Great time in Munich

The property manager was very accommodating for myself and my 4 buddies. He was easy to communicate with and was very helpful with checkin. the place was awesome and quite large. I would definitely stay here again!

The property we were supposed to have was accidentally given to someone else. This made the property we were given not ready. The beds were smaller than we were suppose to have, but were ok. We could have used instructions in English for the the washer/dryer. We did not have body wash, but I had brought some so we didn’t ask for it. The staff was kind and tried to help.

Owner said building had no water but he found us another place to stay. New place was smaller with same number of bedrooms and only I shower but was clean. Other “shower” used a bidet sprayer hung over a drain. Odor in second bathroom due to drain was strong. Slats in several beds fell out making bed uncomfortable. Owner was to call next day when water was fixed but we never heard from him. On VRBO site our original place was rented for a week starting the last 2 days of our stay. Felt like a bait and switch.

Your story does not correspond to the facts. Work that needed to be done in the apartment was not completed on time. We have given you the choice: To take another apartment above FeWo or to move into a smaller apartment of a neighbor for 1 day. For this inconvenience, we provided you with a parking space free of charge for the entire duration of your stay, and we also waived the surcharge for an additional person. We told you that if you were happy with the alternative apartment, you could stay there for the entire duration. If not, you should call us the next day so that you can move to the apartment you have booked. We did not receive a call from you and it was assumed that you were happy with the apartment. After your departure we received a request from FeWo for a further discount which we did not agree to... You gladly accepted the discount of 360 €.

Spacious & Convenient

This apartment is huge! Three bedrooms, big living/dining room, big showers in both bathrooms. A rare find anywhere in Europe. There were a few cons. The apartment is on a very busy street and two of the bedrooms as well as the living room face it. I needed earplugs every night due to the constant sirens, car stereos, and loud people. The place itself was very clean, but both showers could use a bleach treatment for mold. The kitchen had no cooking utensils and only two frying pans for cooking. No large pots or saucepans. One of the main reasons we rent VRBO's is so that we can cook some meals- we get sick of eating out all the time on longer trips- but I was left trying to flip eggs with a table spoon (to my credit- I did it!). Aside from the noise, the location is central and an easy 10-15 min. walk to Marienplatz. Its also just a couple minute's walk to Hauptbahnhof, which makes getting to any point in the city and beyond very convenient. There is a Lidl grocery and Rossman right across the street and no shortage of places to eat closeby. Also, the owners are very friendly, responsive and gracious. Overall, a good place to stay! bring your earplugs and a spatula!

Thank you for your review. We are always very pleased when our guests are satisfied. This year we are to get new windows, so hopefully the noise will be more muted. We sincerely apologize for the lack of kitchen utensils. Normally pots, a scraper and other things are available and this should actually be checked before arrival. If you had informed us of this by telephone during your stay, we would have been able to remedy the situation immediately. As I said, we are very sorry. We hope you were still able to enjoy your stay. We would be delighted if you would be our guests again during another stay in Munich.

Die Wohnung ist sehr minimalistisch und einfach, aber erfüllt insbesondere ihren Zweck wenn man eine große Gruppe ist und primär zum Schlafen sich in der Wohnung aufhalten möchte!
