Vacation apartment (70 m²) with 2 bedrooms

The holiday rental offers 70 square metres of space for up to 5 people. It has its own entrance and is located on the top floor. The kitchen-living room is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa set, a small dining area, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Tea towels and dish soap are provided. The holiday rental has 2 separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, a closet, an additional flat-screen TV, and a small couch. The other bedroom features a double bed, a closet, and a safe. Bed linens and blankets are provided free of charge. There is a large hallway with a coat rack and a storage niche for patio furniture, a vacuum cleaner, and a clothes drying rack. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, and a magnifying mirror. Towels, bath towels, washcloths, shower gel, facial tissues, soap, and toilet paper are provided. We also provide games, free bicycles, sleighs, and a children’s swing. The holiday rental offers access to a large garden with its own spring and a lawn for sunbathing. There is a lovely seating area with patio furniture under the balcony (protected from the rain). A patio umbrella and a small grill are also available. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. Pets are not allowed. A cot is available free of charge upon request. A visitor’s tax of 1.00 euro per person will be charged separately on-site. Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge by arrangement.
