Vereinbart war ein zum Objekt gehöriger Parkplatz. Für Remith Nr. 4 war ein hinterer Parkplatz vorgesehen, der die meiste Zeit durch das davor parkende Fahrzeug nicht erreichbar war. Der handschriftliche Hinweis auf dem Aushang im Flur "bei Bedarf per Handy die Ausfahrt mit dem Fahrer des störenden Fahrzeuges klären" ist nicht akzeptabel. Entweder muß die Parkfläche geändert werden oder der Parkplatz für Remith Nr. 4 darf nicht vereinbart werden.

Schöne Wohnung

Gute Lage, schöne, saubere Wohnung. Das Doppelbett ist ein Futonbett. Nicht sehr bequem für uns ältere Gäste. Der Tank der Padmaschine tropft aus der Dichtung. Badezimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend. Beleuchtung bitte überprüfen. Terasse nach vorne und hinten. Sehr praktisch. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
