Nach Buchung, Bezahlung und Bestätigung kam ein Anruf der Vermieterin, dass sie die Wohnung schon anderweitig vergeben hat. Um die Rückzahlung des Geldes musste ich mich selbst bemühen. So ist der Urlaub dort gar nicht zustande gekommen und wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
