Plyck-Hüs - Beautiful vacation home with a fenced-in yard, near the beach in
Are you planning a holiday with the whole family? Are you looking for
a house that offers your children plenty of space to play? Are you
travelling with friends and looking for a place to unwind? Then our
holiday home “Plyck Hüs” is the perfect choice. 120 square metres of living space are spread across 3
floors.
On the ground floor, a modern living area with a cosy sitting area and
an integrated dining area awaits you. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped
kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a cosy sitting area.
The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower and toilet was completely renovated in 2021 and
now shines in new splendour. There is also an additional guest bathroom.
A staircase with easy access leads you to the upper floor, where two
cosy bedrooms with double box-spring beds, storage space, and a smart TV await you
. There is also another bathroom with a toilet and sink
waiting for you.
On the second floor is the guest room, featuring a quiet
workspace and a cosy couch from which you can enjoy the view of the
spacious garden.
The spacious garden features outdoor furniture, a cosy seating area
, and a beach chair where you can comfortably wind down at the end of your day
.
Of course, the house has a fully equipped
utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi and a
parking space right next to the house are, of course, available to you.
