The location was very nice. It was within 10 minutes to most areas we wanted to visit on car, and there were some that we could get to walking. We typically took Ubers, note the house is located in a private residential area and there is a guard at the entrance. Some of the ubers had difficulty getting in, but for the most part, they were able to, and if not, we would walk 2 minutes to the entrance. We also ordered uber eats and that was able to be delivered to the place. Overall it was very peaceful, we there over the weekend and some neighbors may have been having parties late into the evening, even so the group was able to sleep, as the sound insulation is pretty good. Not having A/C in the common areas wasn't an issue, it's fairly cool in the mornings, and it cools down in the afternoon. The peak heat is mid day, and typically we weren't in the house, when we were, it wasn't bad. Overall recommend the place.
