nur wenn es nicht anders geht

Treppe zu steil, Keine Heizung nur Kamin für lecker Rauch Geruch, Internet funktioniert nur unten, 3 Handtücher bei 1 Woche und 2 Personen. Nach einem Besuch von einem Bekannten verlangte die Frau Geld.

komfortabel und ruhig

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Dorf, aber ruhig. Man ist schnell in Bad Neustadt, Bad Kissingen, Bad Königshofen und in der Rhön. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und dank Ofenheizung ist es kuschelig warm.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Tolles kleines Haus mit schönem Innenhof und angebautem Wintergarten. Erdgeschoss mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer mit Ofen, Küche und Bad. Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zweitem Bad. Die recht steile Treppe nach oben ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen wohl nicht so geeignet. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und flexibel was unsere spätere Ankunft betraf. Für uns war alles super und wir würden wiederkommen. Familie Schramm

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Tücken

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist charmant, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ich persönlich würde das Inserat anpassen, da ein paar Details im Voraus nicht so ganz klar rauszulesen waren: die „leicht“ steile Treppe ist eine sehr steile Treppe. Ebenso wäre es wichtig im Voraus zu wissen, dass das Haus ausschließlich(!) mit Holz beheizt wird. Man bekommt es im Winter nur angenehm warm, wenn man laufend Holz nachlegt. Wir waren viel unterwegs und erst abends zurück, da war das ziemlich schwierig.

sehr schön , der einzige Minuspunkt ist eine sehr steile Treppe nach oben in die Schlafräume! Sowohl für meinen Mann mit neuem Hüftgelenk, als auch für Kinder hoch gefährlich! Im Winter ist das Häuschen wohl nur mit einem Kachelofen und Holz zu beheizen! Würde das Angebot deshalb nur im Sommer wahrnehmen!
