The duplex holiday home Los Almendros, which is part of the Valle del Este Golf Resort, is located in Vera and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a lounge/dining room with a kitchen/utility/laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a large solarium/sun terrace and a separate balcony, which are accessed from the lounge. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and a garden, is also available for your use.

The residential complex is situated near the towns of Vera, Garrucha, and Mojácar.

Property is accessed via a gated area, and guests have their own dedicated car parking space.

Pets are not allowed.

Excellent for family with children, we went with grandparents who had own kitchen, bedroom and bathr

Pros: Excellent for family with children, we went with grandparents who had own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in seperate area with private entrance, we stayed with family upstairs in the house. Airco was not needed, good ventilation available. Great garden and pool, close to shops and beach. High standard. We will return next year

Pros: Great property on a very large golf complex. Everything we needed was provided for including chairs, parasol etc for the beach. All the rooms are of a good size and the furnishings etc are clean and of good quality. The roof terrace is huge and great for a day of relaxation. The location is peaceful but not too far from the coastal towns of Vera and Garrucha. The information provided by the owners was really useful and any queries we had were answered promptly. We would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate on staying here again.

Excellent communication with the owner, Eileen, making the stay run smoothly. We stayed here with family for our daughter's wedding and Eileen was very accomodating. Would definitely use this property again and I strongly recommend it. High quality furnishings and everything you could need is provided. Thank you very much for allowing us to use your apartment.

Fint, modernt och välskött.

Pros: Helheten med boendet. Rymligt och modernt. Rent. Värden var seriös och informativ. Aktsam och rädd om sitt boende vilket vi uppskattar. Cons: Eftersom vi inte spelar golf så kände vi att det var för långt till stränder och serviceutbud. Dock fanns det trevliga restauranger och hotellpool nära vårt boende.

Pros: Mon mari et moi avons passé avec enfants et petits-enfants des merveileuses vacances dans cette villa, qui est magnifiquement situé et où tout le confort est disponible. Nous deux étions au rez de chaussée avec chambre-salon, salle de bain et cuisine, tout près de la picine.Beau jardin pour s'asseoir au soleil où à l'ombre et où nous pouvions promener au pied et profiter d'une vue fantastique.Nous pouvons conseiller cette villa pour une famille avec enfants et grands-parents.

El apartamento es tal como se indica en la web, amplio, limpio y ordenado, con un balcón y una terra

Pros: El apartamento es tal como se indica en la web, amplio, limpio y ordenado, con un balcón y una terraza estupenda y situado en un lugar tranquilo. La piscina amplia y limpia, con un ambiente familiar. El entorno natural, bonito y muy cuidado. Recomendable para disfrutar en familia. Eileen la propietaria, muy amable y atenta en todo momento, a la firma del contrato te facilita una guía con lugares que visitar y donde comer en la zona, responde con mucha rapidez a todos los mensajes. Sin duda, para repetir.
