Surf Villas is a private, oceanfront complex offering a community outdoor pool and ample parking. Surf Villas does not have an elevator. Linens and departure cleaning are included in the total rental price.

This is a family-only rental. No students, student groups, or events are permitted. Renters must be at least 25 years old to rent and check in. Seaside Vacations rents to families only. If a family is misrepresented or a house party is found occupying a rental unit, occupancy will be terminated without any refunds. Spring break/ graduation groups & parties, wedding receptions are NOT ALLOWED. No pets, no smoking, and no motorcycle or trailers are allowed. Parking is on-site and 2 parking passes are allowed.
