Diese Wohnung ist unfassbar toll. Wir waren im Haus Anneliese fĂŒr eine Woche in Whg 3 und haben es geliebt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Licht fĂ€llt morgens und abends so schön in die Wohnung rein und kann diese Momente vom Balkon, auf dem wir gerne gegessen, aber auch einfach nur in der Sonne gelesen haben, genießen. Die Buchung und SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Kellenhusen ist nicht so ĂŒberlaufen wie andere Orte in der Umgebung (zum GlĂŒck), es gibt einen schönen Strand (nur 5 Min Fußweg entfernt), mit langer Promenade, Shops, Wassersportschulen und diversen Restaurants (lecker). Wir haben Kellenhusen mit RĂ€dern und beim Joggen erkundet, weitere AusflĂŒge bieten sich mit dem Auto aber auch sehr an. Nach 2 Wochen zurĂŒck in der Heimat wollten wir direkt schon wieder ĂŒber ein langes Wochenende ins Haus Anneliese. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt. Immer gerne wieder.

Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy

Buchungsbetrag mit doppelter Provision!

Guten Abend. Nachdem ich wĂ€hrend meines Aufenthaltes - nach einem Hinweis eines anderen Gastes - auf der Webseite der Agentur Kohlert den tatsĂ€chlichen Mietpreis der Wohnung im Vergleich zum Buchungspreis gesehen hatte, war ich ziemlich verĂ€rgert, sodass andere Kritikpunkte noch mehr Gewicht bekamen. Ich hatte tatsĂ€chlich in der Endpreisbewertung doppelte GebĂŒhren gezahlt. Die daraufhin angestoßene Kommunikation mit Frau Kohlert war gelinde gesagt katastrophal. Frau Kohlert hatte angemerkt, dass ich wohl bei dem Drittanbieter - also bei Ihnen - zu hohe Nebenkosten bezahlt hĂ€tte, auf die ich im Vorfeld hĂ€tte achten mĂŒssen. Von den zusĂ€tzlichen GebĂŒhren der Fa. Kohlert ĂŒber 200,58 Euro - Taxes genannt – wollte sie nichts wissen. Zu einem Entgegenkommen war sie ebenfalls nicht bereit. Meine VerĂ€rgerung war entsprechend hoch! Das nennt man halt sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machen, oder auch klassische Abzocke indem der Kunde doppelte GebĂŒhren zahlt (450 Euro GebĂŒhren bei 1750 Euro tatsĂ€chlichen Mietkosten, ist schon extrem). Das wird mir sicherlich nicht noch einmal passieren.
