➤ External Surveillance: For your security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with three external surveillance cameras located at the parking area, front entrance, and back of the house. We will also be adding a fourth camera at the dumpster in front.
➤ Parking: You have access to one dedicated parking space, and we provide an extra parking spot for another vehicle. Note that there is no alternative parking available after check-out.
➤ EV Charging Outlet (240V) Available – We provide a 240V charging outlet only; guests must bring their own charging cables and adapters. Our outlet has been successfully used by Tesla, Rivian, Ford EV, and Chevy EV owners with their own equipment.

➣ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors ➣ No parties or events allowed ➣ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible ➣ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed ➣ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund ➣ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them ➣ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in) ➣ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property ➣ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb ➣ This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
- Please note that a $100 Pet fee will be applied per pet. - Please disclose pets at the time of booking. Great place to stay. This little property is not big, but is functionally perfect for virtually any needs. It has two bedrooms and a large living room kitchen area. There is also a washer dryer and a small enclosed outside area to sit. There is a great automated security gate around the property so both you and your vehicle are protected from any possible outside issues. The living room has a great ac unit that blows very cold. The bedrooms do not, but there are fans in each room and windows to assist in the cool down. The unit also has exceptional wifi. The management team is also very responsive. We had a small issue when we arrived and the management team responded immediately to clear up the problem. The unit is located just off the freeway and is close to many restaurants and services. We truly enjoyed are stay and wanted the team to know we appreciated their hospitality. Thanks again for a great stay.
