Located on the ground level of the condo, Guests have access to 2 reserved parking spaces, the community pool, tennis courts, and 72-hour boat parking as well! Across a green space, guests have perfect views of the pool from two patios. You can grill and still enjoy the pool. With three bedrooms two featuring king beds, the third has a full bed, and a bunk bed, you will find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms one with a bathtub/shower. The other bath off the primary bedroom, has a walk-in shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this charming retreat offers an excellent home base. Come enjoy the wine trail, hiking the Gorge and floating on the river. Cute western country decor and fully furnished kitchen. No pets. Two miles to Whitewater and Guadalupe River. Fall in love with Canyon Lake and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
