LIVING ROOM: Dining table with 4 chairs, 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, south-facing balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Separate kitchen with many extras. BATHROOM: Shower/toilet. A staircase in the hallway leads to the attic, where there are 2 single beds and a built-in closet. The apartment is cosy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen and bathroom are like new. <br>Internet (Wi-Fi) and unlimited phone calls (to German landlines).<br>Parking spot at the building. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the garden shed.<br>Quiet location near the beach and city centre.
