This newly renovated, non-smoking apartment in Wyk auf Föhr, located in the “GOTING Hus,” features approximately 40 m² of living space and a large corner balcony facing east.
The apartment’s two rooms are located on the mezzanine level. The BEDROOM is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
The LIVING ROOM features a couch seating area with two nesting tables of different sizes. The sofa converts into a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface approx. 120x200 cm). You’ll also find a fold-out dining table with 3 chairs and a new KITCHENETTE with a stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. From here, you also have direct access to the balcony, which features lounge chairs and a table with a view of the greenery. The apartment has Wi-Fi and an internet connection.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and a hair dryer. The entire apartment was renovated at the end of 2025 and features designer vinyl flooring.
Dogs are welcome—upon request and for a fee. Additional information available upon request. You can park your bicycles right in front of the house (bike racks); free parking is available across the street.
It’s about a 15-minute walk to the town centre and about a 10-minute walk to the beach and the wave pool with the spa centre. The Frisian Museum, which features a coffee workshop, is about a 6-minute walk away, as are shopping options, a bakery, a butcher, and restaurants.
You can walk your dog in the nearby forest or at the closest dog-friendly beach (about a 15-minute walk).
