The villa was nice but the king bed downstairs was broken upon arrival and ants were in the upstairs bathroom. We only stayed three nights and had to report both issues two days in a row. The rental company did attempt to fix the issues and gave us a small refund. The bed definitely needs replaced and we did not expect to have this issue staying in an upscale neighborhood. The same bedroom carpet could use a cleaning as it has stains. If these issues were fixed, it would be a nice place to vacation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the villa enjoyable overall and appreciate your recognition of our team’s efforts to address the issues during your stay. We sincerely apologize that the downstairs king bed was not in acceptable condition and that you encountered ants in the upstairs bathroom. Having to report these concerns more than once during a short three-night stay understandably impacted your experience. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bedroom carpet, as maintaining the property to a high standard is important to us. Your feedback has been shared with our team so these items can be properly addressed, including evaluating the bed for replacement and giving the carpet the attention it needs. We’re grateful for the opportunity to improve and hope we can provide you with the comfortable, well-maintained stay you expected on a future visit. — TideWatch Vacations

Everything was very nice. We were there on a very hot weekend and the upstairs bedrooms got pretty hot. Wish we could have lowered the thermostat below 72 degrees.
