LIVING ROOM: Corner sofa, dining table with 3 chairs, and sideboard. KITCHENETTE: Ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave/oven. BEDROOM: Double bed (180x200m) with adjustable slatted frame at the head and foot of the bed, and a wardrobe. BATHROOM: Shower and toilet. BASEMENT: Coin-operated washing machine and dryer, table tennis room. Parking space at the house. Private entrance and terrace with an awning and 2 folding lounge chairs. It’s about a 15–20-minute walk to the town centre, the spa centre, and Aqua Wyk.<br>Internet via Wi-Fi.<br>Bicycle rack at the building. Beach and shopping options in the immediate vicinity (bakery, butcher, Edeka supermarket). The apartment has vinyl flooring throughout. A very well-maintained apartment in a great location.<br>Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
